Well we were put in the wrong room, the ceiling was falling down in the closet, the couch and chair were dirty , the chair at the island was broke, the toilet downstairs constantly ran, our TV downstairs wouldn't work correctly we were told we had to leave it on. The kitchen floor was sticky. We asked housekeeping to mop it and we were told that we could mop it ourselves they would give us a mop and broom. We found trash in the room as soon we got there. The pictures are very deceiving. The build has so much potential if money was put into it. The pool looked horrible and landscaping yard looked like it hasn't been mowed in weeks. This is a great place to go and stay for a long time we stayed for over a month I love the room I love the side I love the people I'm a little upset with the general manager because I got scammed out of money and he knew then while we were there one of the maintenance guys went to jail in my husband had to put an air conditioner in our room after not having any air for three days in the penthouse we actually put two air conditions in fix the one outside and it's 10:30 at night on the third night the AC unit window unit arrived and he also spent all day putting that in and we didn't get any compensation for it whatsoever then to top it off before we left I got accused of buying the managers watch from someone that had stolen it out of his room. I was completely humiliated and couldn't wait to get out of the place after all that.

We moved in on Friday. So far the staff is wonderful. Rooms are wonderful. Quiet place to live. If you need anything they are more than happy to help April is so good. Cares about you

I always enjoy staying here. I have a spacious room that I can actually cook in, with a full stove and oven. A huge refrigerator/freezer that I can keep anything I need, while not spending excessive money on out to go food. I love to play poker, and the location is minutes away from the action. All the while being able to come back and relax in a quiet, secluded place. Not like a typical hotel which is a huge benefit for someone that rather have the apartment home vibe. The staff is excellent, and professional. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else, unless I win big at the horseshoe and want to blow $300 on a room just to take the elevator ride to sleep. That being said, this is my home away from home!

My husband introduced me here while he plays poker. It’s a great location, secluded, rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The employees and manager, April, goes over and beyond to make you feel like you are at home and they succeed with customer service and satisfaction. It is like a home away from home. I feel safe and tranquil when staying here. I highly recommend it. Don’t let the cheap price fool you, they are more accommodating than most hotels. Full kitchen, comfortable bed, great work space. It is quiet but yet the employees make the experience there fun. Definitely my go to place!!
